Villa Dammar is a charming independent villa, located on the central eastern coast of Sardinia, in Ogliastra, one of the five blue areas in the world; land of centenarians, still wild and untouched.
The villa is inserted in a naturalistic setting between seas and mountains, immersed in the scents of the Mediterranean scrub.
In two minutes by car you can reach the splendid beach of Foxi Manna, characterized not only by the white sand and crystal clear water, but also by the shallow waters that allow a safe holiday for children and people with disabilities.

The house consists of three bedrooms, all accessible, two bathrooms, one of which is accessible, an open space living room with functional kitchenette, with all comforts.
Air conditioners and mosquito nets present in all environments.
Outside, you are welcomed by a spacious patio with a dining area, a Sardinian-style barbecue, a kitchen area and a large enclosed shower and a convenient laundry/ironing room.
All internal and external spaces are on one level, free of architectural barriers.
The property is located in a land of 1200 m2 of which 100 m2 of lawn, olive trees and mastic trees.
The villa is entirely fenced off and is accessed via an electric gate in front of which a recessed pitch allows the car to be parked in safety until it opens.
A paved walkway one meter wide runs from the gate to the entrance to the villa, allowing people in wheelchairs to move independently even outside.
Just three minutes by car you can reach a supermarket, a minimarket, the tourist medical center, various restaurants and pizzerias and just 30 meters from the villa, a sandwich shop/pizzeria ensures excellent pizza.
Just eight minutes by car takes you to the town of Tertenia where all the services are present: bank, post office, pharmacy, etc.
